Konfides Information Technologies was founded on more than 30 years of its partners’ industry experience in payment systems and banking technologies. For many years our team worked with many of Türkiye’s leading banks on the supply of EFT POS terminals, the development of the credit-card software running on those terminals, and the delivery of centralized POS terminal management solutions. This deep-rooted expertise forms the foundation of Konfides today.

Building on that experience, we turned our focus to non-banking closed-loop payment systems and EMV-compliant POS software. We pioneered the transformation of card-based payments in Türkiye: with the Multinet Meal Card project — whose infrastructure we designed and delivered end to end in 1999 — we led the country’s move from paper vouchers to a card-based system. In the years that followed, we carried this expertise into a wide range of fields, from retail to transportation and from education to international projects.
